trusty: support getting trusty image from android build Add support to obtain the Trusty image from the Android build directly (no need to always get a trusty build): - retrieve the Trusty Image package file generated by `m dist trusty-tee_package` soong rule from the android build branch. - evolve qemu targets to support gicv3 and ramdisk, as these targets are now the ones generating the Trusty image package.
